Basal cell carcinoma, sclerodermiformes. 1 cm diameter of irritation-free, almost skin-coloured plaque with irregular surface in a 58-year-old patient. There are single, fine telangiectases on the bridge of the nose.
Keratosis actinica keratotic type:numerous, hyperkeratotic, in places also lichenoid, red papules and plaques on the capillitium of an 85-year-old man (former roofer); the papules and plaques are partly covered by adherent yellowish-brownish keratoses.
nevus verrucosus. detail view: multiple, brown to black, flatly elevated, rough, confluent, partly linearly arranged plaques on the scrotum of a 17-year-old adolescent, existing since birth. similar skin lesions show on the remaining integument. especially on the extremities they run along the Blaschko lines.
Chilblain lupus: reflected light microscopy. dilated, corkscrew-like vessels (arrows) on the dorsal side of the fignerendl song. s. clinical picture. encircles the anemic pressure point of the reflected light microscope
Lichen planus (classic type): moderately itchy, disseminated, like scattered distribution pattern, red-violet colour of the surface smooth, shiny papules and plaques.
Erythroplasia. solitary, chronically dynamic, about 2 cm in size, sharply defined, clearly increased in consistency, symptom-free, red, smooth, weeping plaque. continuous growth for about 2 years.
Ilven: Blaschko-lineare inflammatory "eczema-like" skin disease which developed in an otherwise completely skin-healthy 6-year-old girl within the last 2 months with mild to moderate itching.
Dyskeratosis follicularis. close-up: This picture clearly shows the macerated aspect of the skin changes in the intertriginous area of the hollow of the knee, accompanied by an unpleasant body odour.
Tinea capitis superficialis:a slowly centrifugally growing, marginally dead centre that has been present for several months; pronounced marginal scaling; detection of Trichophyton mentagrophytes
