Lichen planus verrucosus: Large, coarse, brownish to brownish-red plaques with a verrucous surface that have been present for 6-7 years. There is itching, and several scratch artefacts have been found in the vicinity of the skin lesions.
Necrobiosis lipoidica; overview of the right lower leg: Approx. 7 x 20 cm large, sharply defined, erythematous, slightly elevated plaque with distinct ulcerations along the tibial edge of a 38-year-old female patient.
Keloid. 20-year-old patient. acne vulgaris known since puberty. weeks to months after the development of acne papules, development of these papular or knotty elevations of the skin. on the trunk and upper arms of varying thickness, protruding above the surroundings, sharply set off, plate- or bulge-like, very rough, brown to brown-red, occasionally painful, smooth papules, plaques and nodules.
Tinea corporis. several, acutely appeared, oval, red, scaly, at the rim accentuated, towards the centre fading, itchy, flatly elevated, scaly plaques on the integument of a 12-year-old boy. the mother reported that the guinea pig's fur had also changed in a scaly way, a treatment of the animal was recommended
Lichen planus. chronically active, multiple, increasing, disseminated standing, partly confluent, first appearing about 6 months ago, mainly localized at the inner edge and back of the foot, 0.3-0.6 cm large, itchy, red, smooth, shiny papules in a 46-year-old woman. similar papules appeared on both inner wrist sides. Furthermore, a whitish, net-like pattern of the buccal mucosa of the mouth appeared.
lichen sclerosus of the vulva.: whitish-porcelain-like skin of the large labia, also those at the perigenital region. discreet infestation of the perianal region. 5-year-old girl. for several weeks there has been occasional genital itching. the small labia have already elapsed in the lower parts. gaping vagina due to atrophy of the small labia.
Dermatosis, acute febrile neutrophils. following high fever in a 36-year-old woman, acutely occurring multiple, reddish-livid, succulent, pressure-dolent, infiltrated papules confluent to nodules and plaques. overall generalized picture with emphasis on extremities and trunk.
