Lichen planus mucosae. 64-year-old, otherwise healthy woman. no skin lesions. mucous membrane lesions affect only the back of the tongue and the edges of the tongue or bds. whitish plaque affecting the entire surface of the tongue with an irregularly fielded surface. fruity drinks cause a burning pain and are avoided.
Pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta. 15-month-oldchild. 0.2-0.4 cm large, symmetrically arranged, only slightly itchy, red, surface-smooth and eroded papules and papulovesicles disseminated on the trunk and extremities for a few days.
Lichtermatosis polymorphic: Occurrence of clinical symptoms a few hours to days after (single and first-time) intensive sun exposure with itching and burning, disseminated papules and papulo-pustules also papulo-vesicles.
Angioma, senile. 55 years old female patient, in whom this finding has existed for two years. Size progressive, soft, spongy, flat raised, 0.8 x 0.6 cm large lump with a fielded surface.
Blaschko-lines: along the Blaschko-lines on the back of a 9-month-old boy a large-area, (discrete) epidermal nevus is visible for the first time in the 3rd month of life.
Malasseziafolliculitis: disseminated, follicle-bound inflammatory papules and papulopustules on the back of a 45-year-old patient; no evidence of acne vulgaris; no formation of comedones.
Chondrodermatitis nodularis chronica helicis. solitary, chronically inpatient, 0.4 cm high, sharply defined, coarse, strongly pressure-dolent, red, in the centre grey-white, rough papules. crusty support. because of pain the patient is not able to sleep on this ear.
Dyskeratosis follicularis (Darier's disease). acuteprovocation of the disease after light dermatitis solaris. no symptoms in areas not exposed to sunlight.
