Basal cell carcinoma, pigmented basal cell carcinoma, partly nodular, partly growing only in the skin level, with rough consistency, ulceration at the right tumor margin, difficult clinical differentiation to a nodular malignant melanoma.
Acne keloidalis nuchae syn. folliculitissclerotisans nuchae: Survey picture: Since 6 years existing, rough, flat keloids occipitally in a 37-year-old colored patient of North African origin. the disease started about 10 years ago with small folliculitis. condition after several operative therapy attempts and after laser therapy about 2 years ago.
Tungiasis: Detail enlargement of the previous overview. densely standing, 1-5 mm large, partly roundish, but mostly stripy reddish-livid papules (duct structures; see right in the picture) which almost always show a small encrusted erosion at the edge (entry site of the fleas). In the center of the picture the efflorescences are overlaid by scaling.
Syphilide, papular: multiple, disseminated, dense, small, reddish papules and nodules on a tanned integument in a 67-year-old patient; distinctly palpable, non-painful axillary and inguinal lymph nodes.
verruca seborrhoica: multiple verrucae seborrhoicae. continuous development since the 4th decade of life. findings: densely standing, 0.2-1.0 cm large, yellowish also brownish flat papules. individual seborrhoeic keratoses itch repeatedly. no clinically detectable inflammatory symptoms.
Koebner phenomenon. isomorphic irritant effect in psoriasis vulgaris. striped plaques and linearly arranged psoriatic papules that have formed in scratch marks.
Eczema atopic photoaggravated: 72-year-old female patient with a known, less active, chronic atopic eczema. 1 year ago the patient noticed an increasing "sensitivity to light". The present UV-triggered exacerbation with pronounced itching (after a long walk in summer sunshine) has persisted for 3 months. Despite local treatment with a class II steroid externum it proved to be resistant to therapy.
Drug exanthema, maculo-papular. multiple, acutely occurring, generalized, very itchy, mainly on the trunk and extremities localized, mostly confluent, smooth papules and plaques in a 31-year-old woman. Occurrence after ingestion of acetylsalicylic acid.
Lichen planus. chronically active, multiple, disseminated or confluent, increasing, first appearing about 6 months ago, mainly localized at the outer edge and back of the foot, 0.3-0.6 cm large, itchy, red, smooth, shiny papules in a 46-year-old woman. Furthermore, a whitish, reticular pattern of the buccal mucosa of the mouth was visible.
Granuloma anulare subcutaneous type Multiple, painless, deep cutaneous, skin-coloured nodules on the sides of the fingers (Granuloma anulare subcutaneum).
