Sweet syndrome: reddish-livid, succulent, pressure-dolent, infiltrated, solitary and partly papules confluent to plaques, on the right side of the body in a 47-year-old female patient. 1 week before the onset of the disease intake of Cotrimoxazol due to a urinary tract infection. temperatures > 38 °C.
Prurigo simplex acuta infantum: For several days massive progressive, disseminated, agonizingly itching, generalized, excoriated, glassy or reddish papules on the thighs of a 6-year-old boy.

Candia-Balanitis: acute (within 1 day) after GM, itchy, flat erythema and plaques, papules and vesicles; healing within 1 week after consistent local antimycotic therapy.
Lichen planus exanthematicus. for 2 months persistent, itchy, generalized, dense itchy rash with emphasis on trunk and extremities (face not affected). on the cheek mucosa there are pinhead-sized whitish papules.
Usual melanocytic nevus. Chronic stationary, 0.2-2.0 cm in size, sharply defined, soft, light to dark brown, indolent, smooth papules and plaques in the breast area of a 22-year-old woman. No increase in pigmentation or size is noticeable.
Sebaceous gland hyperplasia, senile. 0.5 cm large, yellowish-brownish, surface indented, shiny papules, sharply defined, symptom-free, existing for at least 2 years.
Culicosis. disseminated, irregularly configured, intensely itchy, intensely red, urticarial papules and papulo vesicles, appeared about 3-4 hours after an insect bite. the skin symptoms can persist for "weeks", itching!
