Vasculitis leukocytoclastic (non-IgA-associated): multiple, since about 1 week existing, localized on both lower legs, irregularly distributed, 0.1-0.2 cm large, confluent in places, symptomless, red, smooth spots (not compressible).

mononucleosis, infectious. swallowing difficulties for 5-6 days; fever > 39 °C. generalized, non-itchy exanthema for 1 day. painful regional lymph nodes (neck, throat). little itchy, urticarial, small spots, confluent exanthema in places with clear accentuation of the face. no enanthema! paul bunnel reaction positive. IgG antibodies against epstein-barr virus, fourfold increase in titer every 10-14 days. detection of epstein-barr virus dna via PCR is positive.

Melanonychia striata longitudinalis: approx. 0.2 cm wide, dark brown strip of the nail. nail fold very discreetly affected (see inlet). only 1 fingernail is affected. a clinical control (photo documentation) with measurement of the width of the pigment strip is recommended.

Naevus flammeus (Port-wine stain): sharply defined red vascular nevus that affects the upper and lower eyelid as well as the temporal region.

Mosaic cutaneous(Hypomelanosis Ito): congenital fernlike depigmentation of the skin, no symptoms.

Chronic photo-ageing of the skin: moderately pronounced photo-ageing of the skin; in addition to an extensive base tan, irregularly configured pigment spots; further splashes of depigmentation.

Striae cutis distensae: Fresh, red striae running across the back in fast-growing adolescent patients.

Dermatomyositis. Acute eyelid edema with blurred symmetrical eythema. General fatigue, muscle weakness.
