Malformations of the vascular fronto-temporal nevus flammeus (Sturge-Weber-Krabbe syndrome)

psoriasis vulgaris. treated psoriasis vulgaris. the previously existing typical psoriatic plaques are replaced by red spots with marginal hyperpigmentation. the treatment was carried out locally with dithranol [cignolin]. scaling no longer present. the brewing discoloration of the lesional surroundings are reversible discolorations of the nromal skin by diathranol. the diagnosis "psoriasis" is doubtless due to the known anamnesis.

Naevus araneus with characteristic cobweb-like capillary ectasia.

Nevus flammeus (port wine stain): congenital erythema in the facial region (capillary vascular malformation), localized in V2 distribution, completely without symptoms; control image after 4 years

Dermatitis, phototoxic: chronic dermatitis with fine to coarse lamellar desquamation of the skin and brown pigmentation, in this case after prolonged use of a cosmetic. Normal sun exposure.

Hyperpigmentation, post-inflammatory. multiple, on both cheeks localized, chronically stationary, laminar, no longer increasing, circumscribed brown discoloration of the skin. Occurs following severe contact dermatitis with frequent use of cosmetics despite existing type 4 sensitization to fragrances.

Teleangiectasia syndrome, naevoides; for about 20 years existing, blurred redness of finest telangiectasia on the forearm of a 66-year-old woman.

Amyloidosis systemic: Red-brown, symptomless papules and plaques. Known HIV infection.

Dermatomyositis; acutely occurring heliotropic, succulent exanthema; typical, pronounced periorbital pallor; general fatigue, muscle weakness (DD: erythematous rosacea)

Naevus araneus: a filigree capillary network, which is sharply set off peripherally from the healthy skin and is radiating around a central vascular nodule.
