Becker nevus: hyperpigmented (border areas marked with arrows), hypertrichotic epidermal nevus, in a 16-year-old female patient. encircled: lichenified skin area. no complaints. therapy not necessary. hair could be depilated.
nevus verrucosus. detail view: multiple, brown to black, flatly elevated, rough, confluent, partly linearly arranged plaques on the scrotum of a 17-year-old adolescent, existing since birth. similar skin lesions show on the remaining integument. especially on the extremities they run along the Blaschko lines.
Mastocytosis diffuse of the skin: Disseminated large-area mastocytosis of the skin (type Ia). In addition to the conspicuous yellow-brown spots and plaques, the apparently unaffected skin is slushy thickened, in places also with protruding follicular structures. The occurrence of larger blisters after banal trauma has been reported time and again. No systemic involvement detectable.
Nevus from the back of an 84-year-old man who already had a melanoma 8 years ago. Noticed during the follow-up. The excision revealed a dysplastic nevus of the compund-type.
Verrucae vulgar. up to 0.6 cm in size, skin-coloured to whitish, chronic, rough papules and nodules with a verrucous surface in the area of the finger extensor sides. autoinoculation!
Nodular or nodular basal cell carcinoma. Relatively inconspicuous, sharply defined, completely asymptomatic, red nodule with a smooth, shiny surface (see detailed image and incident light image as inlet). The bizarre (tumor) vessels of the basal cell carcinoma become visible in incident light.
Erythema dyschromicum perstans. clinical picture existing for months. initially small spots of brown-red with little increase in consistency, later large, steel to slate grey, smooth spots and plaques of the skin. no medication history.
ear fistula and cyst, congenital (bds). findings congenital. no complaints so far. external fistula opening impresses as an irritationless brownish nodule with central porus.
Notalgia paraesthetica:interval-like itching, also burning, blurredly limited hyperpigmentation, known for several months; the itching is answered by prolonged (lustful) rubbing on the edge of the door.
