Acrodermatitis continua suppurativa:pronounced sterile-pustular, acral dermatitis with extensive destruction of the nails; the huat alterations are combined with severe arthritis psoriatica.
Acropustulosis, infantile. disseminated, partly individually, partly grouped standing papules, vesicles and pustules in the area of the back of the hand and the finger extensor sides in infants.
Angioma, senile. 55 years old female patient, in whom this finding has existed for two years. Size progressive, soft, spongy, flat raised, 0.8 x 0.6 cm large lump with a fielded surface.
Chilblain lupus. early stage with livid-red, smooth, painful plaques. clinical picture reminiscent of chilblain (frostbite lupus). acrocyanosis still moderately pronounced.
Dermatomyositis (overview): Striped arrangement of red papules and plaques, which confluent to flat areas in the area of the end phalanges; strongly pronounced nail fold capillaries.
Dorsal cyst, mucoid: dorsal cyst existing for months. burst a few days before, evacuation of a clear mucous fluid. severe onychodystrophy limited to the cyst circumference with tub-like, irregular depression of the nail organ.
Dorsal cyst, mucoid: painless, approximately 1.0 cm large, skin-coloured, plumply elastic, surface-smooth "nodule" (cyst) which has existed for about 1 year and from which a gelatinous substance has emptied itself (crust-covered part) under pressure, whereby the whole nodule has disappeared.
Dyshidrosis: Multiple, acutely occurring, skin-coloured, isolated but also aggregated, smooth, itchy vesicles in the groin skin, existing for 4 days, 0.1-0.3 cm in size; progression in stages; increased in the warm seasons.
Thrombangiitis obliterans. 32-year-old patient with years of nicotine abuse and patchy palmar erythema (more pronounced in cool surroundings) and mummified fingertip necroses that have been present for 6 months.
Thrombangiitis obliterans. 32-year-old patient with a nicotine abuse lasting for years and a patchy palmar erythema existing since 6 months as well as mummified fingertip necroses.
Thrombangiitis obliterans (endangiitis obliterans): peripheral circulatory disorder with acutely occurring ulcers, which are now already older and covered with crusts.
Fibrokeratome, acquired, digital. 3 years old, slightly pressure-sensitive, skin-coloured papule in the area of the inner nail fold of the right index in a 66-year-old female patient. Currently after partial nail extraction 15 years ago. Partial overgrowth of the papule through the split nail.
Fibrokeratoma, acquired digital. for about 3 years persistent, slightly progressive, subungual, hard, exophytic growing tumor on the left big toe of a 37-year-old female patient. The nail of the big toe is displaced upwards to a large extent. There is a secondary finding of nail dystrophy.
Fibrokeratome, acquired digital. subungual lump on the right ring finger, after trauma, slightly progressive in size, skin-colored, rough lump, which is covered by hyperkeratotic skin at the tip.
Fibromatosis, digital infantile. multiple, chronic stationary, disseminated, rough, indolent, skin-colored, smooth papules and nodules without scaling, here on the finger extensor sides of a 10-year-old boy. No joint pain.
