Pemphigoid, bullous. general view: maximum exacerbated clinical picture on trunk and extremities of a 66-year-old female patient. Multiple, acute, generalized, symmetrical, flexurally accentuated, 0.3-1.0 cm large, isolated and grouped, partly hemorrhagic, bulging blisters on flat erythema and plaques. Older, healing blisters are partly burst open, eroded or encrusted.
Pemphigoid, bullous. detail: 1-6 mm large, tightly stretched blisters filled with clear secretion, which appeared on reddened skin in a 68-year-old woman. Smaller blisters burst selectively, the remaining residual erosions are partly crusty.

Pemphigoid, bullous. not quite fresh episode in a 65-year-old patient with known bullous pemphigoid. reasons for the episode activity unclear (therapy errors?). maximum exacerbated clinical picture with multiple, 0.5-10 cm large, red itchy plaques and different sized marginal blisters.
Pemphigoid, bullous. general view: multiple, disseminated, 0.3-2.0 cm large, taut, mostly filled with clear content, partly hemorrhagic blisters on erythematous altered surroundings. multiple small erosions and crusts still exist.
Pemphigoid, bullous. detail enlargement: multiple, originally tight blisters, which have largely emptied and are localized on flat erythema. in some blisters the bladder roof has already completely detached, therefore multiple small erosions and crusts are visible.

Pemphigoid, bullous. 1 year old, itchy blisters on the left hand of an 82-year-old woman, filled with a yellowish liquid. Some of the blisters have been scratched open by the patient. Overall progressive skin findings, similar efflorescences on upper arms, back and feet.

Pemphigoid, bullous, multiple, sometimes several centimeters in diameter, flaccid, sometimes burst blisters with serous content as well as flat erosions mainly on the left foot back of a 78-year-old patient. The surrounding of the blisters is reddened over the whole area. Onychodystrophy of the toenails is a secondary finding.
