Lymphoma, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. type: mycosis fungoides plaque-stdium with incipient transformation into the tumor stage.Multiple, chronically dynamic, increasing in size and number, anular, confluent, smooth, red-livid spots and plaques. systemic, sarcoidal reactions occurred in the mediastinum.
Primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell (CD 30+) lymphoma. Painless, slowly progressive skin ulcer (62-year-old, otherwise healthy woman) which has been present for several months and treated as "pyoderma". Conspicuously raised wall of the ulcer and distinct induration of the reddened edges.
Lymphoma, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. 2 years old, solitary, chronically stationary, on the back localized, keloid-like looking, bulging, partly sharply demarcated, partly scattered with small satellites, red, bumpy, shiny, symptomless plaque in a 67-year-old woman. Histologically a large cell CD30-negative cutaneous T-cell lymphoma was found.
Lymphoma, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. type: Large-cell, CD30 negative T-cell lymphoma. 6-month-old, 3.5 cm in diameter, large, centrally focal ulcerated, coarse-elastic, symptomless lump with shiny (atrophic) surface in a 53-year-old woman.
