Porom ekkrines. solid tumor clusters sharply separated from the normal epidermis with dense, very smooth, basaloid cells with chromatin-tight roundish nuclei. no mitosis figures.
Poroma, eccrines. eccrines poroma in N. sebaceus. uniform epithelial cell clusters of densely packed cells with homogeneous, eosinophilic (and PAS-positive) cytoplasm and roundish to oval nuclei. mitoses are absent.
