Granular cell tumor. exophytic, slightly reddened, smooth, shiny, superficially eroded tumor on the lower am.

Granular cell tumor. a compact, apparently displacing growing tumor (adnexe largely destroyed) which penetrates the entire dermis and reaches the lower edge of the incision. an intact follicle on the right outside the tumor stroma.

Granular cell tumor: Nests and strands of oval to polygonal, partially inflated eosinophilic granular cells with mostly decentralized small pycnotic nuclei. Immunohistochemistry: Tumor cells are positive for S100, among other things.
