Livedovasculopathy: Tissue sample from peripheral area. The entire dermis, with accentuation of the middle and deep parts, shows nodular, perivascular, inflammatory infiltrates; severe perivascular edema. Closure and destruction of several middle vessels (see following figure).
Livedovasculopathy: chronic vasculitis with destruction of the vessel walls (circled in white and black); in the white square a longitudinally incised vessel with a cellular infiltrated vessel wall.
Livedovasculopathy (detail of picture): small obliterated vessel whose walls are preserved only as rudiments; strong perivasal edema with a pronounced, predominantly lymphocytic infiltrate.
