Epidermal cysts: bulging elastic, clearly protuberant, bulging elastic, painless, brown-red nodules which can be moved on the lower surface in the case of largely "burnt out" acne vulgaris.
Oral hairy leukoplakia. flat white yellowish coating on the tongue; flat leukoplakia on the lateral parts of the tongue with simultaneous yellowish "hairy" coating on the tongue (see hairy tongue below).
Xanthomas, eruptive. chronically stationary or chronically active clinical picture with multiple, on trunk and extremities localized, disseminated, 0.1-0.3 cm large, flat raised, on the surface somewhat fielded, symptomless, sharply defined, firm, smooth, yellow-red papules.
Collagenosis, reactive perforating. 12-month-old female patient: Red, solitary, partly confluent, itchy, coarse papules with hyperkeratotic clot on the right lower leg of an 80-year-old female patient.
Zoster. severe zoster in a 53-year-old patient. disseminated, grouped blisters and pustules on dark red erythema on the left inner thigh above the knee. course along the segment L2.
Impetigo contagiosa, large-bubble (bullous impetigo): painful pyoderma with a large, non follicular pustular pustule developing for several weeks; patient with ongoing immunosuppressive therapy.
Ulcer cruris: Painful ulcer extending to the muscle fascia, with sharp edges and painful ulcer in necrobiosis lipoidica; bizarre vascular ectasia due to the atrophying underlying disease.
Pyoderma: clinical picture of (non follicular) impetigo contagiosa with medium-sized pustules (detection of Stahphylococcus aureus), starting from an insufficiently treated scabies.
Impetigo herpetiformis. 2nd trimester pregnancy. pustular, flexural exanthema with highly red papules, pustules which merge to form large-area anal plaques. Typical are the inwardly directed collerette-like scaling margins.
Verrucae plantares: papules and plaques on the sole of the foot of a 52-year-old man, which have been present for several years, and which cause considerable pain when walking.
Molluscum contagiosa: multiple, 0.2-0.3 cm large, yellow-reddish, firm, shiny, completely asymptomatic nodules with characteristic central umbilicus; Inlet: 2 aggregated mollusca with central umbilicus
Keratosis palmoplantaris diffusa circumscripta. 2-year-old boy has a chronic, congenital, smooth, evenly distributed, waxy thickened and yellowish discolored plaque formation of both palms. No symptoms. It is an autosomal dominant inherited palmoplantar cornification disorder.
Verrucous squamous cell carcinoma of the palm. solitary, chronically stationary, exophytic, hemispherical, dirty brown nodules localized on the palm of the right hand, approx. 0.4 cm in size, with a coarse consistency, on an approx. 1.5 x 2.0 cm oval, mostly sharply defined, rough, red, verrucously fissured, symptomless plaque.
