Lichen sclerosus extragenitaler: small and large, partly sharply and partly blurredly bordered spots and plaques with parchment-like surface; in places spatter-like bleeding (chest area left).
Larva migrans: after a tropical beach holiday several weeks ago, at times clearly itchy, still increasing, linear, firm, livid red scaly plaques; in the left-sided, apparently older skin lesions, the ductal structures are no longer clearly visible; in this case flat scaly plaques.
anetodermia. disseminated, 0.3-1.0 cm large, whitish, roundish to oval, completely symptomless "scar-like" foci with atrophically curled skin. in places the HVs also bulge over the skin surface. the HVs have existed for several years and were subjectively perceived as disturbing.
Lichen planus exanthematicus: an itchy exanthema that has existed for several months, with 0.1-0.2 cm large, slightly raised, disseminated, smooth, shiny, yellow-reddish, shiny papules.
Hemangioma, cavernous, blue-black, partly also grey, felted soft plaque, slightly protruding above the skin level, with a blurred border, with a deep part only detectable by palpation. In the upper corner of the picture a blue-grey, soft-elastic induration in the skin level.
naevus anaemicus: congenital, marginal irregularly dissected, white, smooth spots. no redness after rubbing the spot. on glass spatula pressure the borders to the surrounding area disappear. brown colored, intralesional melanocytic naevi (speaks against vitiligo!)
Angiokeratome. partially thrombosed (black parts), the skin surface "sitting on" nodule with smooth surface. "halo-like" peritumoral, yellowish discoloration of the skin due to older blood pigment.
