Nodules: for 2 years slowly growing, 1.8 cm large, asymptomatic, firm, shifting, red, smooth nodule (epidermal cyst).

Dermatitis herpetiformis: Multiple, prickly, itchy, scratched excoriations in a 35-year-old female patient; the disease has existed for about 1 year with intermittent course.

Syphilis Early syphilis: maculo-papular , sometimes psoriasiform syphilis

Parapsoriasis en plaques, large: symptomless, well limited. disseminated stains and plaques. When the skin is wrinkled, a cigarette-paper-like pseudoatrophic architecture of the skin surface is visible (important diagnostic sign!).

Acanthosis nigricans maligna: asymptomatic brown coloration of the skin and hyperkeratosis in the left neck, décolleté and shoulder blade region existing for about 3-4 months in a 66-year-old patient with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Pityriaisis versicolor alba: irregularly distributed, symptomless (slight feeling of tension in the skin) bright spots, which now appeared and were noticed after a sun holiday.

Cat scratch disease. Dense exanthema of reddened papules around the trunk.

Urticaria pigmentosa (overview): Adult form of Urticaria pigmentosa (erythroderma). With a history of many years, continuous increase in spot density. The inlet shows the confluence of numerous red spots.

Lupus erythematosus subacutely cutaneous (Rowell's sydrome): symmetrical, up to 3.0 cm large, partly confluent plaques that have existed for several weeks, ANA and SSA+.

Naevus verrucosus. light brown, verrucous, partly striped, sharply defined epidermal nevus.

Acanthosis nigricans benigna:blurred brown-black plaques, in places, slightly sour, no subjective symptoms.
