Furunculoid myiasisMyiasis: After a stay in the tropics the 25-year-old patient showed a furunculoid nodule with central porus on the left thigh which was only slightly (!) painful.
Collagenosis, reactive perforating. 12-month-old female patient: Itchy papules with a central depression and a hyperkeratotic clot on the upper back and the upper arm extensor sides.
Lymphangioma cavernosum (subcutaneous): encircles the 7.0 x 6.0 cm large, soft, elastic (spongy), skin-coloured swelling in the area of the clavicle and the base of the neck in a 6-year-old girl.
Parapsoriasis en plaques, large-heart inflammatory form, detail: Chronic stationary, solitary, erythematous, sharply limited, scaly plaque on the left flank of a 45-year-old woman.
Pseudoacanthosis nigricans: symmetrical, brownish, moderately sharply defined, poorly elevated, completely asymptomatic plaques over the spinous processes of the vertebral bodies; no detectable underlying disease.
Pityriasis versicolor alba. 17-year-old female patient who noticed these white patches after a summer vacation, which became more pronounced as the tan increased. Disseminately distributed (non-symmetrical), 0.2-0.4 cm large, roundish white patches confluent to larger areas (right side of the thorax). The spatter-like distribution pattern is typical for pityriasis versicolor.
Schnitzler syndrome: considerable feeling of illness with recurrent fever attacks, itchy urticarial (here rather discreetly developed) exanthema (exanthema attacks go parallel with the periodic fever); furthermore exhaustion and tiredness.
lupus erythematosus acute-cutaneous: clinical picture known for several years, occurring within 14 days, at the time of admission still with intermittent progression. anular patterns. circinar desquamation in the area of the plaques. DIF: LE - typical.
Psoriasis guttata. 0.1-2.0 cm in size, reddish, rough papules and plaques with fine-lamellar scaling on the trunk and extremities in a 24-year-old woman, acutely and de novo. This was preceded by a feverish streptococcal angina. After the first manifestations had healed, the psoriasis then developed into a chronic, intermittent course over many years.
