Impetigo contagiosa. acutely occurring, persistent for 5 weeks, increasing despite external therapy, localized on the trunk and right arm of an 18-month-old boy, red, erosive, rough papules and plaques, partly covered with crusts. Similar skin lesions were found on the face and all extremities.

Despite local treatment with a class II steroidal extender it proved to be resistant to therapy.

Lichen simplex chronicus. detail enlargement: Strongly itchy, 0.1-0.2 cm large, solid, sharply defined, flat, skin-coloured to reddish papules and plaques as well as scratch excoriations.

Lichen planus (classic type): itchy, polygonal, partially confluent, brownish-reddish papules on the right hand and right wrist of a 40-year-old man, existing for 8 weeks; independent of LP, strong, palmar hyperkeratoses exist, the development of which can be ascribed to the professional activity as floor layer.

Larva migrans. linear plaque, subepidermally located, tortuous itchy duct through Ancylostoma brasiliensis on the sole of the foot, existing since about 2 weeks.
