Dermatomyositis, malignoma-associated erythema in the area of the distal back of the hand and the sides of the fingers (= Gottron-signs) in a 67-year-old patient with bronchial carcinoma.

Tinea corporis: Acute, intergluteally localized, symmetrically arranged, flat, oval, emphasized at the rim, peripherally progressing, fading towards the centre, flatly elevated, red, rough, blurred, scaly plaque in an 80 year old woman.

Lichen planus (classic type): discrete expression, for several weeks, red, itchy, polygonal, in places confluent, red, smooth, shiny papules. no scratching effects.

dermatitis chronic actinic: severe extensive, permanently itchy eczema reaction of the entire face with intensification of the eyelid regions. the changes were significantly improved in the winter months, but recur with low UV irradiation (going shopping). in the meantime, normal daylight must also be avoided.

Dyskeratosis follicularis. presentation of multiple, chronically stationary, intertriginously localized, submammary, disseminated, highly itchy, red papules. in these areas, a strong increase in skin changes, especially in summer with increased sweating.

Contact allergy, contact allergic mucositis: pronounced, sharply defined contact mucositis on prosthesis material

Erosio interdigitalis candidamycetica: extensive erosion after maceration of the interdigital interdigital skin, with typical whitish macerated, raised edges.

Drug reaction, fixed: solitary or limited to a few lesions, usually round to oval, deep red, later blue to brown-red, after healing brownish, sharply defined, succulent, itchy or slightly painful erythema.
