Basal cell carcinoma, sclerodermiformes. 82-year-old female patient has a red, scaly, centrally ulcerated plaque measuring approximately 1 x 1 cm in the area of the tip of the nose with telangiectasia at the edges.
Basal cell carcinoma, sclerodermiformes; huge, flat, sharply defined, sclerosing, focal ulcerated plaque or tumor with a verrucous surface, partly covered with crust; localization: Left nasal, paranasal and suborbital in a 60-year-old patient.

Psoriasis vulgaris. abbortive form with infestation of the nostrils on both sides. The clinical picture is clinically relevant in that rhagades and pain occur. Local therapy is laborious.
Nodular basal cell carcinoma in Xeroderma pigmentosum: solitary, broadly based, firm, painless, centrally ulcerated nodule. On the edge of the basal cell carcinoma-typical shiny margin. Note: the extensive scarring is a consequence of the underlying disease.
