Squamous cell carcinoma in actinically damaged skin.:since > 1year, slowly growing, very firm, little pain-sensitive lump, which (at the time of examination) was no longer movable on its support. Bleeding repeatedly.
Condition eight weeks after the operation. a slight shift of the left nostril edge to caudal due to the choice of the pivot point is to be documented. the aesthetic subunits of the nose are largely well defined.
Bilobed flab at the tip of the nose on the left. the rotation is about 100°. the centre of rotation was chosen so that the lines of incision are at the borders of the aesthetic subunits tip of the nose, wing of the nose, bridge of the nose.
Lymphomatoid papulosis: Patient, 73 years of age. Within a few days a red, solid nodule appeared on the nasal wing. In the biopsy atypical dermal infiltrates with CD30-positive blasts. Within a few more days multiple similar nodules spread over the upper trunk.
At control 8 weeks after initial diagnosis the nodule at the nasal fossa is completely regressive leaving a milieu, but a new nodule 5 mm further cranially. The nodules at the trunk are regressive.
