Malformations, syndromal vascular: Nevus flammeus (capillary malformation, no arterio-venous anastomoses) with soft tissue atrophy and pelvic obliquity, no pain symptoms.
Benzyl nicotinate: toxic reaction after application of the cosmetic product "Lip Injection" on the back of the hand; redness and swelling of the back of the hand extending far beyond the application site.
Naevus araneus: a filigree capillary network, which is sharply set off peripherally from the healthy skin and is radiating around a central vascular nodule.
Airborne Contact Dermatitis. 2-week-old, very itchy and burning, flat, blurred eczema reaction in the area of the unclothed areas shown here. upper eyelids, retroauricular region, chin and neck region are also flatly eczematized. the changes began abruptly in the 2nd week of May.
Lipogranulomatosis subcutanea: Pressure pain-sensitive, subcutaneously situated, walnut-sized nodules with livid discoloration and superficial skin peeling on the inner side of the lower leg in a 59-year-old woman.
Vasculitis, leukocytoclastic (non-IgA-associated). multiple, acute, symmetric, localized on both lower legs for 1 week, irregularly distributed, 0.1-0.2 cm large, sharply defined, symptomless, red, smooth patches (non-compressible). Occurrence after flu-like infection and ingestion of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory.
