melanoma malignes amelanotic: since earliest childhood a pigment mark has been known at this site. continuous growth for several years. for half a year extensive ulceration of the node. constant bleeding and oozing. the diagnosis cannot be made on the basis of the clinical picture.
Mycosis fungoides tumor stage: Mycosis fungoides has been known for years, for about 3 months there have been intermittent attacks of less symptomatic plaques and nodules
Melanoma, malignant, nodular. on UV-damaged skin, reddish-brown nodule with smooth, parchment-like surface. at the base spread of an irregularly configured and pigmented plaque.
Angiokeratoma circumscriptum: Vascular (venous) malformation of the skin (and subcutis) with circumscribed, aggregated moderately firm, blue-grey verrucous, painless plaques and nodules; varicosis of the surrounding area.
sarcoidosis: subcutaneously knotty form of sarcoidosis. recurrent course for several years. development of slightly pressure-painful nodules in the subcutaneous fatty tissue. known lung sarcoidosis stage II. skin findings: subcutaneously located, bulging nodules and plates, which can be clearly distinguished from the surrounding area and can be moved on the support. the skin above is partly reddened (see figure), partly unchanged.
Pyodermia vegetans: General view: Clearly putrid, round ulcerations as well as crusts and punctual hyperpigmentation on the right lower leg of a 17-year-old Indian woman.
angiokeratoma, solitary. for more than 10 years existing, initially flat, in the last months clearly size-progessive and increasingly scaly, livid red, firm nodule in a 32-year-old woman. in case of trauma occasionally spot-like bleeding. increasing painfulness in the last weeks.
