Keratoacanthoma: A few months old, initially flat, in the last 2 months strongly progressive in size, coarse knot with a rough edge wall and a blackish (obviously bled into) central horn plug in a 76-year-old man.
ILVEN: Since early childhood conspicuous, elongated to triangular configured papulokeratotic inflammatory skin change on the right cheek of a 14-year-old female patient.
Naevus flammeus lateralis: Sharply limited livid-blueish spot with increasing deepening of the colour in the area of the lateral upper lip and philtrum.
Verruca seborrhoica. detail magnification: 10 x 7 mm, non-itching, greyish-brown, broad-based plaque with a verrucous, fissured surface. above the tumour there is an artificially caused erythema.
Dyskeratosis follicularis: Large, hyperkeratotic zones existing since early childhood with reddish, partly macerated papules and firmly adhering, partly eroded, confluent keratoses on the capillitium of a 74-year-old woman.
