papillomatosis confluens et reticularis. since 2 years increasing discoloration and thickening of the skin of the sternoepigastric area. occasionally slight itching. spotty and extensive, velvety, yellow-brown, hyperpigmented, blurred papules and plaques, which confluent to larger, dirty-brown areas.
Chloasma. extensive, partly gyriated, diffuse, brownish hyperpigmentation on the right upper arm of a 51-year-old female patient. continuous hormonal anti-conception has existed for about 18 years.
Purpura jaune d'ocre: multiple, chronically stationary, proximally disseminated and blurred, distally confluent, symptom-free, light to dark brown, rough, scaly spots of varying intensity, located on the distal lower legs; detectable chronic venous insufficiency (CVI).
Melanoma, malignant, acrolentiginous. detail enlargement of the right thumb: extensive, irregularly bordered, asymmetrical, brownish-black macula in the region of the distal phalanx of the thumb. scabby overlay in Z.n. Op of the distal phalanx of the thumb, incision line was led through the melanoma, see whitish scar above the melanoma.
Hyperpigmentation, postinflammatory. periorbital localized, laterally emphasized hyperpigmentation in a 69-year-old woman with chronic lichenoid dermatitis and atopic diathesis.
Dermatitis, phototoxic. general view (stage of healing): Strip-shaped, dark brown hyperpigmentations, partly with healing blisters and crusts, on the left forearm of a 30-year-old female patient. 2 weeks ago, after plant contact and subsequent UV exposure, suddenly appeared burning, painful, itchy blisters on reddened skin along the strip-shaped contact with the relevant plant parts.
Urticaria pigmentosa (overview): Adult form of Urticaira pigmentosa (erythroderma), with a history of many years, continuous increase in the density of spots, course over 7 years.
Demodex folliculitis 20-year-old female patient without previous acne vulgaris, slight tendency to rosacea erythematosa. histological: massive infestation of the follicles with Demodex folliculorum.
Basal cell carcinoma pigmented: A slow-growing, sharply defined, surface-smooth, sometimes shiny, brown lump with smaller crusts and scaly deposits that has existed for years.
