Atrophodermia idiopathica et progressiva. chronic stationary, map-like spread, brownish spots. the existing skin changes have developed within 2-3 years.
Mycid. hematogenic scattering reaction (Id reaction) in a very extensive tinea corporis treated with a systemic therapeutic agent; acute formation of an itchy, partly papular, partly also vesicular exanthema.
Haematoma; after a fall on the left forearm a flat, bluish discoloration occurred; it is a bleeding of varying intensity into the skin and the subcutaneous fatty tissue, which, depending on its age, passes through different shades of colour in stages: first blue-red, then blue, later green-yellow and yellow.

acrocyanosis in age-atrophied, shiny skin with half and half nails. DD: chronic lyme borreliosis. here the picture of acrodermatitis chronica atrophicans is present. the cold-dependence of the redness is not very pronounced. conspicuous (see stronger enlargement) the smooth atrophic skin surface. a positive borrelia serology is always to be expected in this stage of a borrelia infection.
Acrodermatitis chronica atrophicans: livid, blurred, changeable colored erythema of the left hand compared to the healthy right hand. skin atrophically shiny, hyperesthetic. positive borrelia serology!
Naevus depigmentosus: congenital harmless localized pigment disorder, no surface progression. characteristic is, in contrast to the naevus anaemicus, the "calm" smooth-edged border of the spot.
Dermatomyositis, malignoma-associated, occurrence of punched-out ulcerations on the floor of indurated, livid erythema in a 67-year-old patient with bronchial carcinoma.
