Sebaceous adenoma: in addition to sebocytes there are basaloid, basophilic seboblastic cells, which condense into a multi-layered strip at the periphery of the lobules.

Sebaceous adenoma: well defined lobar adenoma in the upper and middle dermis with recognizable differentiation of sebocytes.
