Pyoderma: acute, painful raised areas filled with yellow fluid (pustules) with central hair and surrounding erythema; isolated and aggregated follicular pustules in staphylococcal infection of the skin (follicular pyoderma).
Pyoderma: multiple fresh and older follicular pustules (purulent folliculitis) with evidence of Staphylococcus aureus; at the right lower border of the picture transition to a deep folliculitis (boils)
Pyoderma: clinical picture of (non follicular) impetigo contagiosa with medium-sized pustules (detection of Stahphylococcus aureus), starting from an insufficiently treated scabies.

pyodermic ulcer of the skin: moderately deep, large ulcer; characteristic are the circulatory (as if grazed) borders. ulcer smearily documented. cultural evidence of klebsielles and pseudomonas aeruginosa. the cause is a care error; no known underlying disease.
Pyoderma: purulent infection of the skin and subcutis after piercing.
