Primary cutaneous CD30 positive large cell T-cell lymphoma: for 2 -3 years nodules have been forming in the skin; for 3 months rapid progression with rapidly expanding nodules which ulcerate over the entire surface in a very short time.

Lymphoma, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, large-cell, CD30-positive. 4 x 2 cm measuring, cherry- to livid red, centrally ulcerated nodule in a 61-year-old patient. This is a solitary finding, which has shown slowly size-progressive growth behaviour for about 4-5 months.



Primary cutaneous CD30-positive large cell T-cell lymphoma: lymphoma known for alonger period of time with a faster growth tendency in recent months.

Lymphoma, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, large-cell, CD30-positive. general view: Multiple, non-displaceable, confluent hemispherical nodules, originally covering an area of 6 x 6 cm with a hard, central, red part and a deep, crater-shaped ulceration of about 1.5 x 1.5 cm in a 64-year-old patient.

Lymphoma, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, large-cell, CD30-positive. 67-year-old man with since 6 months persistent, slowly growing, since about 4 weeks weeping nodule on the right lower leg. Findings: Solitary, 4 cm in diameter large, solid, centrally ulcerated nodule with crusty edge.


Lymphoma, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, large-cell, CD30-positive, partly diffuse, partly nodular infiltrates in the entire dermis, subepithelial condensed.

Lymphoma, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, large-cell, CD30-positive. large-cell, pleomorphic T-cell lymphoma with cohesive associations of large lymphoid cells with pleomorphic nuclei. 2 mitoses visible in the centre.
