In the area of the goose penis, multiple, erythematous, slightly raised plaques were found in a 42-year-old patient. Histology showed a grade 3 penile intraepithelial neoplasia, HPV 16 was detected in the HPV typing.
PIN. 2 years of increasing, grey-white, soft plaque with a cockscomb-like proliferated surface and central ulceration in a 60-year-old patient. Various ointment therapies had no effect.
PIN. verrucous M. Bowen on the bottom of a lichen sclerosus et atrophicus. concomitant balanoposthitis.
PIN. acanthotic epithelium with parakeratosis. epithelial structure still intact. diffuse but loose penetration of the epithelium with larger keratinocytes with bizarrely configured nuclei. the atypical keratinocytes are clustered in the lower and middle epithelial section.
