Keratosis palmoplantaris transgrediens (type Greither)

Keratosis palmoplantaris transgrediens (type Greither)

Focal/punctate form of a keratosis palmoplantaris. In the 30-year-old man there are smaller areas of a waxy thickened and yellowish discolored horny layer of both palms. The same skin lesions are found on the soles of the feet. In the presented case it is a discrete expression of an autosomal dominant inherited palmoplantar cornification disorder.
