Adnexal carcinoma, microcystic. the tumour cell clusters consist of medium-sized, predominantly cuboid cells with blister-like, light-coloured nuclei. moderate pleomorphism. immunohistology: CEA-reactive (characteristic of sweat glands).
Adnexal carcinoma, microcystic. penetration of the entire dermis by moderately differentiated, epithelial tumor cell strands with cystic formations; eosinophilic (horny) material and cell detritus concentrically layered in the lumina.
Adnexal carcinoma, microcystic. skin colour to yellowish, rough plaque, difficult to delimit, with superficial telangiectasia and atrophic, shiny surface.
