Porokeratosis linearis unilateralis; first occurred 5 months ago; since then persistent, non-pruritic, brownish, sharply defined, circinous or garland-shaped, pityriasiform scaling papules and plaques on the trunk and right shoulder in a 60-year-old man.
Porokeratosis linearis unilateralis: Multiple, chronically stationary, first appeared 2 years ago, since then persisting, on the lower abdomen half-sided localized, striped, 0.2-4.0 cm large, partly isolated, partly confluent to larger areas, brown, rough papules and plaques.
Porokeratosis linearis unilateralis: For years, a site-constant linear dermatosis with non-itching, red, centrally hyperkeratotic papules and plaques.
