Condylomata gigantea, tumour-shaped or cauliflower-like, exophytic and locally infiltrating giant condylomas in the anal region. HIV infection.

Condylomata gigantea: tumour-shapedor cauliflower-like, exophytic and locally infiltrating nodes in the anal region; detection of papilloma viruses (HPV-6b or HPV-11).

Condylomata gigantea. 39-year-old patient has had rapidly growing, perianal, localised, extensive papillomatous, sometimes nodular, superficially fissured vegetation for about 12 months. HPV typing revealed HPV types 6 and 18.
