Erythema elevatum diutinum. for several months in different stages of acuity (partly somewhat faded) continuously existing, blurred, confluent, flat hyperesthetic erythema and plaques with slightly ouch-dried surface. diascopic: non-compressible redness. detection of MGUS (IgG paraproteinemia). histological: "small vessel" vasculitis.
