Churg-Strauss Syndrome. circumscribed, borderline red, in the centre brown-yellow (here beginning of infiltrate formation and regression), in the area of the red areas rough, moderately pressure tolerated plaques and nodules in a 40-year-old man. known allergic bronchial asthma and seasonal rhinitis allergica. rennet: eosinophilia 45%; IgE >1000U/ml

Churg-Strauss syndrome: encircled central granulomatous regression zone (see histological preparation 1); on the right side the progression zone is outlined (see histological preparation 2).

Churg-Strauss Syndrome (1 centre of the lesion), nodularinfiltrate in the middle and deep dermis, palisade granuloma in the centre, no cheese formation.

Churg-Strauss syndrome (2 border areas of the lesion). Picture resembles Wegener's granulomatosis with tissue eosinophilia. Pronounced infiltrates with abundant eosinophilic and neutrophilic leukocytes.
