Becker nevus: General view: Approx. 20 x 26 cm measuring, homogeneously pigmented, hairless, melanocytic, marginal spatter-like frayed pigmentation on the left upper arm/shoulder of a 14-year-old adolescent. The pigmentation had developed in childhood and had gradually grown over the entire shoulder and upper arm. Clear dark coloration after sun exposure. Incident light microscopy showed no evidence of malignancy.
Becker nevus: hyperpigmented (border areas marked with arrows), hypertrichotic epidermal nevus, in a 16-year-old female patient. encircled: lichenified skin area. no complaints. therapy not necessary. hair could be depilated.

Becker-Naevus: Since birth existing, extensive hyperpigmentation in the area of the right hip in a 7-year-old boy; typical for the Becker-Naevus is the bizarre bordering as well as the follicular accentuation in the pigment zones.
