Narbe atrophische: flächenhafte Atrophie der Haut nach langjährigem Gebrauch von systemischen Glukokortikoiden (inhalative Glukokortikoide wegen Asthma bronchiale). Die bizarren Narben entstanden nach banalen stumpfen Traumata.  "Die Haut sei wie ein Tuch eingerissen".
