Sahlischer venous ring. Fine, red or red-blue, linear, smooth patches (vascular dilatations) in the course of the lower thoracic aperture in the case of chronic, intrathoracic pressure increase (mostly in chronic obstructive respiratory disease) or in the context of age-related skin involution. The clinical picture is diagnostically conclusive.
