Definition
GARFIELD bezeichnet bei „Primären Immundefekten“ typische klinische Manifestationen einer gestörten Immunregulation mit: Granulomen, Autoimmunität, rezidivierendem Fieber, ungewöhnlichen Ekzeme, Lymphoproliferation, chronische Darmentzündung. Die Wahl dieser Kriterien wird durch epidemiologische Studien und Fallbeschreibungen aus den letzten Jahren unterstützt.
