rubella. very discrete, not itchy, maculopapular exanthema with beginning in the face and spreading to retroauricular regions, trunk as well as extremities. reddened, slightly raised plaques on the capillitium, about 1 cm in diameter. for some days there is a slight increase in temperature, nuchal lymph node swelling and distinct lid edema. subsidence of the exanthema after 3-4 days. laboratory: leukopenia, relative lymphocytosis.
