Melanoma, malignant, mucosal melanoma. coincidental finding of a nodular mucosal melanoma in a 53-year-old female patient. The reddish-brown tumor (marisk at 8-10 o'clock), which sits broadly at the base between 11 and 3 o'clock, was previously not recognized as a hemorrhoidal node.
