eczema, contact dermatitis, haematogenic. acutely occurring, clearly itchy exanthema on the trunk and the extremities. note the additional light component (recess in the bra strap area) with 0.1-0.3 cm large, isolated and also aggregated, slightly reddened, slightly scaly papules. known nickel and chromate sensitization. findings after implantation of a metal plate for fracture splinting.
