Purpura thrombocytopenic. Hemorrhagic spots with a tendency to confluence existing in the region of the right lower leg with emphasis on the extensor sides. It is a form of a thrombotic- thrombocytopenic purpura (immune thrombocytopenia -ITP- due to medication) with hemolytic microangiopathic anemia and central nervous failure symptoms. Trigger was the intake of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Sudden onset with fever, disorientation, stupor.
