Pseudo-Kaposi's sarcoma: Benign vascular proliferation caused by local changes in circulation (altered oxygen and/or pressure load); blurred, deep red to reddish-brown, less symptomatic plaques with smooth or scarlatinous scaly surface, which have developed from tiny red papules.
