Livedo racemosa. bizarrely shaped, flashing figure-like, striped or net-shaped (interrupted ring structures), bluish-red, not changing in pattern, local redness, which cannot be completely anaemized under glass spatula pressure (sign of bleeding). succulent plaques at the end of the fingers, painful in cold weather.
Livedo racemosa. 37-year-old female patient. the present skin lesions (including Raynaud's syndrome) have existed for two years and are progressive. distinct acrocyanosis on the hemiplegic back of the hand as well as partly anular, partly reticular, partly areal, light to blue-red erythema.
