analgesic, cooling, anti-inflammatory, decongestant.
Duration and frequency: as soon as the curd cheese has warmed up, turn the envelope over or remove it; maximum 20 minutes. 1 to 3 times a day depending on the clinical picture.
Quark dressings have analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
Indications are highly inflammatory insect bites, dermatitis solaris soft tissue inflammation, thrombophlebitis (I80.9), painful varicose veins, bruises, sprains, tendovaginitis, hematomas, mastitis, also eczema, ulcus cruris, acne.
Materials: Curd, thin cotton cloth, tablespoon, bowl, disposable pad, bath towel.
Procedure:Take curd out of the fridge 30 minutes before use. Place 3 to 4 tablespoons of curd in the middle of the cotton cloth. Wrap the top and bottom of the cloth, spread the curd to a thickness of about 1.0 cm, fold the sides. Then place the package in a bowl and cover the base with a disposable pad. Wrap the envelope around the corresponding part of the body so that there is only a layer of fabric between the skin and the curd.
Follow-up: leave to rest for about 15 minutes, do not wash the skin; then discard the envelope.
Milk allergy!
