Cisti incani herba

Cisti incani herba, also known as flowering rockrose, is a drug that is used in folk medicine to prevent colds and as a supportive therapy for inflammation of the throat and mouth, as well as externally for skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis.

Experiments have shown that viruses such as H7N7, H5N1 and H1N1 viruses (seasonal flu or bird and swine flu) attach to and penetrate body cells. In vivo studies have confirmed this effect.

Currently no monograph, HMPC monograph in progress.

Flowering rockrose contains flavonoids, essential oil and high-polymer polyphenols (approx. 26%) such as condensed tannins and ellagitannins.

Cistus herb removes heavy metals from the body and also has an antiviral and antibacterial effect.

Based on clinical studies, rockrose herb is used preventively for colds such as viral infections or bacterial infections of the respiratory tract.

It is also used as a supportive therapy for inflammation of the throat and mouth and for the elimination of heavy metals from the body.

The extract can also be used for external dermatological applications for poorly healing wounds (Cystus Bio Ointment, 7.5 ml® Dr. Pandalis GmbH & CoKG Naturprodukte.

The daily dose is 3 to 6 g or 100 ml fluid extract.

Allergy to rockrose, gastrointestinal sensitivity

Allergy to any of the ingredients.

Pregnancy and lactation, as well as children under 12 years of age in the absence of data.

There are no known interactions with other substances. As no studies on interactions with other substances have been conducted to date, it is advisable not to take any other medication at the same time as a precautionary measure.
