Baunscheidt process

A naturopathic therapy method from the group of initiating procedures known since 1848 and named after Carl Baunscheidt. In Baunscheidt's method, the skin is incised by means of a mechanical stimulus without causing bleeding. Subsequently, a chemical stimulus is given by the histamine-containing Baunscheidt oil. It is mainly used for the treatment of respiratory diseases and for constitutional therapy.

Pain in degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system, cervical migraine, soft tissue rheumatism, Meniere's disease, acute/chronic otitis media, chronic mastoditis, irritable stomach, urinary incontinence, dysmenorrhea, susceptibility to infections, mental instability, vegetative dystonia, respiratory diseases: bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis, sinubronchial syndrome, COPD, shoulder-arm syndrome.

In a first step, the patient's skin is disinfected with alcohol.
The one-handed life alarm clock, a special needle device for lightly scratching the skin, is prepared, the tension spring is pushed through completely and the desired needle depth (1 to 3 mm) is adjusted.
The Life Alarm Clock is placed 1 to 2 times on the skin and is triggered by pressing the spring mechanism.
In the next step, the patient exhales from proximal to distal in the area of the pulmonary upper fields, paravertebrally in the spinal column and in the area of the pulmonary lower fields.
Apply the Baunscheidt oil thinly. After 2 to 4 minutes, the skin first shows reddening, followed by slight skin florescence. Let the patient's skin dry for another 5 minutes. The patient can then dress again. Bandages are usually not necessary.

Autoimmune diseases, acute infections, persons with a tendency to strong pigmentation.

• histamine hydrochloride 0,1 g
• Juniperus cumminus 0,1 g
• Solidagovirgaurea 0,9g
• rosemary oil 0,4 g
• Ethanol 96% 13,10 g
